Bangladesh: Temperature of Copenhagen was 6 degree Celsius at December 7, 2009. This temperature has decreased to 0 degree Celsius in 8 days. But temperature of climate change summit is not decreasing for several disputes.

Main discussion of upper level became motionless at December 15, 2009 because there was no clear announcement in the statement of proposal about the claims of lower developed and poor countries. No clear objective was determined to decrease discharging green house gas. No long term objective was determined. Besides, there was no indication about the assistance to the damaged countries for the negative impacts of climate change. Discussion became immobile in that situation because of the fuss of the representatives of lower developed and poor countries.
